Baycorp NZ has been recognised for providing outstanding customer service at the New Zealand CRM Contact Centre Awards.

Baycorp NZ has been recognised for providing outstanding customer service at the New Zealand CRM Contact Centre Awards, held in Auckland on Friday 18 September.

Baycorp won the 2015 best customer services award for the Collections Industry, with the annual awards focused on recognising the efforts of contact centre staff from across New Zealand.

Donna Cooper, General Manager, NZ says the award is a huge achievement for the company.

“A great deal work has gone into enhancing Baycorp’s systems and processes, as well as growing our company values and culture, over the past 12 months. This award is a significant step towards delivering our vision of being New Zealand’s leading debt resolution specialist, through providing the highest-quality service to our clients and customers.

The CRM Contact Centre Awards were introduced in 1997 to provide an annual snapshot of how contact centres in New Zealand respond to customer enquiries over the telephone and internet. They have gained particular momentum over recent years, with more companies realising the importance of providing their customers with superior service.

Every year the CRM team conduct random sampling of calls from various organisations to measure the quality of service delivered, and to raise awareness of the impact that this has upon their brand. The survey also provides benchmarking data against which individual performance can be measured.
